He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Moody Davis; his children, Danny and Janice Hayes of North Chicago; his grandson James Rudolph (Hayes); his sister Mattie Sue Hicks of Durham, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Velvet Moody, Inell Squire of Gaston, NC and Linwood Squire of Gaston, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, other relatives and friends.
