It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances L. Williams (North Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Rhyan and Abel Rhyan; and her siblings, Effie Wroten, Abel Rhyan, Tyrone Rhyan and Andrew Rhyan.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Darlene Parker (Lonnie) and Vicky Delk (Don); her grandchildren, Eboni Moore, Brandon Price, Reginald Ja'mere Williams, Rodney Lemar Price, Treasure Price and Manuel Clark; her great grandchildren, Juan Moore, Briana James, Aniyah Reynolds, Nevaeh Reynolds, Jeremiah Reynolds, Larry James Steward III, Jayvon Price, Kai Little, David Little (DJ), Messiah Williams and Kalia Williams; and her great great grandchild Alizabella Moore.
