He was predeceased by: his father Earl Coleman Sr.; his brothers, Otto Coleman and Ronald Coleman; and his nephews, Duane Scott and Darius Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina Coleman; his children, Tamara Jenet Coleman, William Jerard Coleman and Denora Renee Coleman; his grandchildren, Emarri JeVon Coleman, Janii Da'Nae Jenkins and Jarius DaMont Jenkins, Jr.; his son Earl; his mother Rosie Coleman; and his siblings, Charlene Scott, Joan Coleman, Dolores Coleman, Rodney Coleman and Michael Coleman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the religious and humanitarian work of Jehovah's Witnesses.
