He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne; his mother Faye Fine; and his sister Beatrice Fine. He is survived by: his children, Robin Fine (Avrom Litin), Steven Fine (Nancy) and Jeffrey Fine (Melinda); his grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua (Gabrielle), Jonathan and Elizabeth; and his siblings-in-law, Norton Goodman (Renee) and Richard Goodman (Carole).
