He is survived by: his sons, Bobbie Carter, Jr of Waukegan Illinois, James Darnell Carter of Waukegan Illinois and Daryl Carter of Waukegan Illinois; his brothers, Milton Carter Jr., Clemmie Carter and Herbert Carter; his aunts, Joann Ivory, Hattie Valentine and Elatrice Walls; his great grandchild Zamora Trinity Little; his nephews, Brian Q Carter, Prentiss H. L. Carter and Billy J Arnold; and his great-nephew Cameron L. Carter. He is also survived by his Extended family, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
