She is survived by: her children, Melanie Bartley, Melodie Bartley-Davis (Danny) of North Chicago, IL, Tammy Y. James of Beach Park, IL and John Derek Bartley of Waukegan, IL.; her grandchild Fourteen; her cousin Deloris North; and her niece Sheila Hilliard. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
