He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Howard" and Ruth Foster; his wife Mildred Foster (Stolarik); his daughter Susan Foster; and his brothers, Jerry and Thomas Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Justice (Robert), Bert Foster Jr (Barbara) and Jeffrey Foster; his grandchildren, Jordan, Ryan, Matthew, Georgia and Lila; and his sister Arlene Carney.
