She is survived by: her sons, Rick Chamberlain Tampa and Dan Chamberlain of North Chicago, Illinois; her siblings, Pat Hollenbeck (Butch) of Delphi, Mike Bird (Cathy) of West Lafayette and Jim Bird (Shelly) of Yeoman, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Leslie Bird of Frankfort, Nick Bird of West Lafayette, Rusty Bird (Rachelle) of Brookston, Josh Bird (Sanga) of Yeoman, Jamie Duncan (Tim) of Burnettsville and Kris Bird (Breanne) of Yeoman, Indiana. She is also survived by Several Great Nieces and Great Nephews, Cousins.
