He is survived by: his parents, Christian Tolentino and Joelle Tolentino (Gonka); his siblings, Elizabeth "Izzy", Paxton and Bennett; his grandparents, Elizabeth Gonka, Rosalinda and Robert Tolentino; his uncle Vince Gonka; his aunts, Marla Barthel (Mark) and Chelsea Degnan; his cousins, Shane, Brandon Gonka, Alec Barthel (Kori), Ashley Barthel, Andrew Barthel (Lindsey), Nico Degnan, Roman Degnan (Nirice) and Reese Degnan; his godparents, James Vavrek and Ann Mancini; and also, Brooklyn, Morgan, Leo and Zane.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family as they work to determine the best way to honor Ty's memory.
