He is survived by: his brother Richard (Katie); his nephews, Joseph and Jeffrey; his brother Michael (Jo Ellen); his nephew Paul (Becky); his brother Martin (Lorraine); his nieces and nephews, Tony (Ariel) and Chloe (Ron); and his friends, Keith Millard and Vicki Martin Janusz. He is also survived by his brothers, his sisters-in-law and his nephews and niece, his cousins and his lifelong friends.
