He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jeffries and Mattie Jeffries; and his close friends, Yukon, Trevor, Luke, Cody and B. J..

He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his daughter Tracie Childers (Brad); his granddaughters, Brittany McMurray (Ross) and Sarah Childers; his great grandchildren, Sophia Childers and Ava McMurry; his siblings-in-law, Gary Ducat (Chris) and Lois Patzer (Dennis); his niece Etta Oros (Dale); and his close friend David Moss. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
