He was predeceased by: his parents, Belton Gustafson and Mildred Gustafson (Gerstner). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Gustafson; his children, Nathan Gustafson (Andrea), Janna Stahl (Dan) and Jacob Gustafson (Allison); his grandchildren, Graham Gustafson, Owen Stahl, Lane Stahl, Wyatt Stahl, Ezekiel Gustafson and Isaac Gustafson; his siblings, Sandy Gustafson, John Gustafson, Lisa Borcher (Dan) and Judy Gustafson; and his goddaughter Carly Leon (Patrick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
