He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren and Anella. He is survived by: his wife Donna E. Burton; his stepson Michael Eaton; his siblings, Ruth Ann Dortch, Ken Burton (Judy) and John Burton (Betty); his daughters, Vicky, Roxanne and Becky; and his brother Rory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Ralph's name may be made to the charity of the Donor's choice.
