Grommes of North Aurora, Illinois, born in Geneva, Illinois, who passed away on May 27, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Koester and Mary Koester (Van Bosch); her husband Raymond; her children, Ronald and Deborah Olson; and her siblings, William Koester (late Carol) and Anna Mae Lolmaugh.

She is survived by: her sons, Gerald (late Donna) and James (Susan); her children-in-law, Robert Olson (late Deborah) and Teresa (late Ron); and her grandchildren, Andrew (Kathy), Amy Serby, Brian (Janelle), Scott (Gloria), Laura Cordes (Jeff), Edward (Tammi), Ted (Stephanie), Ryan (Jennifer), Lisa Young, Margaret Welch (Nate), Phillip (Laura Lee) and Jonathan (Nicole). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
