He is survived by: his children, Charles of Des Moines, IA, Mark (Dana) of Blue Spring, MO, Ted (Kelly) of North Aurora, IL, Tara Flesch (Jared) of Princeton, IA and Sara of Wellman, IA; his grandchildren, Alexis, Joy, Landon, Nicole, Michelle and Aden; his siblings, Imelda Hoffmann and Vince; and his brother-in-law Ben Brady (Evie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
