She is survived by: her parents, Dale Myers and Donna Myers (Bonin); her siblings, Bob Myers (Leilani), Laurie Carmona (Alex) and Jennifer LaHaye (Andrew); her aunt JoAnn Bonin; her nieces and nephews, Brandon Myers (Kirsten), Michael Myers (Krystal), Kiley Stephens (Jason), Matt Berry and Olivia LaHaye; and her great-nephew James Myers.
