He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Franck; and his parents, John Franck and Dorothy Franck (Gramley). He is survived by: his daughters, Geralyn Navarro, Marilyn Franck and Carolyn Franck; his grandchildren, Daniel Navarro (Amanda) and Stephanie Heusinger (Eric); his great grandchildren, Penelope and Everett Navarro; and his brother Denis Franck.
