She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Sipocz and Joseph Sipocz; her sons, Stephen and David; and her brother Stephen.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Mnichowski; her children, Janice Blum (Tom) of Crystal Lake, IL, Alan Mnichowski (Pam), Ronnie Mnichowski (Grace) of Lemont, IL, Andy Mnichowski (Collene) and Cheryl Williams; her siblings, Anne Eaton, James Sipocz (Laurie) of So and Joseph Sipocz (Theresa) of So; her sister-in-law Josephine Sipocz; her grandchildren, Chris, David, Jason, Dayna, Derek, Mark, Bradley, Cody, Shae and Louis; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Dawson, Carter, Austin, Alayna, Ali Kate, Harper, Mila and John Alan.
