He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Moutray and Anna Moutray; his wife Jennie J. Moutray; and his siblings, Marcella Herren, Eleanor Dannewitz, Marion Gould, Geraldine Darabon, Betty Moutray and Ralph Moutray.

He is survived by: his children, Diana Smith (Bob), Donna Ala (Ken), Dennis Moutray (Pam) and Debbie Glock (Mike); his grandchildren, Stacy Voss (Randy), Ken Ala (Jessica), Brian Ala (Jenny), Mike Glock (Melissa), Kevin Glock (Christina), Michelle Danielak (Aaron), Kristin Jensen (Erik) and Eric Moutray (Katie); and his caregivers, Mark and Ami Alvis. He is also survived by his twenty great grandchildren; his two great-great grandchildren.

“My condolences 💐 go out to the family. I was saddened by the news of Donny’s death . I remember Donny’s bright and out going personality as a kid . I never got to thank Donny for coming out to get me and taking me to be by my grandfather’s side before his passing which meant so much . Thanks Donny . Love Alex Moutray”
