Diane Grace (Johnson) Kallman Obituary
It is heart breaking to announce the death of my Mother Diane Grace (Johnson) Kallman. She passed peacefully in her own home at age 80 with loved ones by her side on January 20, 2022 in North Aurora, Illinois.
Diane was a beautiful, independent, talented, smart woman. She was born on December 6, 1941 in St. Charles Illinois.
In 1978 she opened her own successful sewing business “All-Sew” in Batavia Illinois. She did not retire until 2016.
In the summer Diane spent all her free time at her family cottage at Lauderdale Lakes in Elkhorn Wisconsin that her father built in the early 1950’s
Diane was a true animal lover. And they loved her. She could tame any wild animal and have it eating out of her hand.
Flea Markets were another spot you could find Diane. Searching for treasures. Especially Dirigold and Dirilyte. It’s antique tableware from Sweden. She was very proud of her collection. It was beautiful.
Preceded in death by her mother Florence, father Maurice Johnson and adopted father Robert Kallman.
Survived by her daughter Christine Webb, son-in-law John Webb, two grandchildren Amber Mannella and Vinnie Mannella, brother Jon Kallman, sister Cathy Cliffe , nephew Austin and Sue Cliffe, and Mr. Kitty.
I felt my Mom could do anything and knew everything. I am very blessed to have her as my Mother. She will be missed greatly by all.
Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Diane Grace (Johnson) Kallman to pay them a last tribute.
