He was predeceased by: his wife Dana Vrba; his parents, Thomas Vrba and Elizabeth Vrba; and his sister Theresa Birdoes. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Monico (Darren), David Vrba Jr. (Elisa Rocha), Danielle Vrba and Christine Vrba; his grandchildren, Mason, Madison Monico and Greyson Beyer; his siblings, Christine DePrez (Adam), Sharon Juneau (Jerome), Charlotte Wright (Henry), Carl Vrba (Theresa) and Martin Vrba; and his brother-in-law John Birdoes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
