He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Howe and Laverne Howe (Gilchrist); and his siblings, Fred Howe, Sally Barnett, David Howe and Sylvia Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Howe of Norris City, IL; his son Charles "Charlie" Howe (Chasity) of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Destiny Forester (Robert) and Jacob Howe; and his close friend Bill Arnold.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Warren's memory to Springerton Community Church and will be accepted at Stendeback Funeral Home in Enfield, who is in charge of arrangements.
