She was predeceased by: her parent Hiawatha Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Lewis (Magruder) of Louisville, KY; her husband Jimmie Pollard of Norris City; her son Brandon; her daughter-in-law Cammie Pollard of Carmi; her granddaughter Sophia Pollard; and her brothers, Darrell Lewis of Louisville, KY, David Lewis of Louisville, KY and Jerron Lewis of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tammy's memory to the Tammy "Mama T" Pollard Scholarship Fund and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
