He is survived by: his mother Norma Batteese (James) of Norris City, IL; his daughters, Alicia Dennis of Shelburn, IN, Michelle Batteese of Carbondale, IL. and Samantha Batteese of Norris City, IL; his grandchildren, Christian Barger, Jasmine Barger, A'Rian Denis, Millannia Dennis, Hagen Sauls, Braelynn Sauls, Aryana Mannie, Kyra Mannie, Karson Smith and Jeremiah Batteese; his sisters, Deborah Goodman (Junior) of Farmersburg, IN and Sherry Batteese (Jim Fry) of Hatfield, AR; and his caregiver Katie Shepard of Norris City, IL. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
