She was predeceased by: her parents, James Madison and Mary Eunice Walters (Willis); and her siblings, Edith Beard, Anna Mae Greer, William "Deb" Walters, Nancy Sheppard, John Walters, Hiram Walters, Harrison Walters and Evert Walters.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Edwards of Norris City, IL; her sons, Bruce Edwards of Norris City, IL. and Dennis Edwards (Debra) of Newton, IL; her grandchildren, Jason Edwards, Lindsey Edwards, Melissa Stanley, Jeffrey Edwards and Melanie Thomas; and her sister Doris Morton (Charles) of Equality, IL.. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
