It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Kemper of Norris City, Illinois, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her family Church; her promised love Wyatt Dillinger; her parents, Joyce Annette Kemper (Bush) of Norris City, IL and David Lawrence Kemper of Fort Branch, IN.; her siblings, Jonathan David Kemper of Fort Branch, IN., Jessica Ann Ledford of Norris City, IL., Jimmy Lee Quertermous (Amy) of Norris City, Jennifer Glynn Burkeen (Jeremy) of North Pole, AK., Sarah Marie Quertermous of Dale, IL., JoHanna Renee Kemper of Pine Grove, KY. and Cassie Danielle Conditt of Marion; her uncle Otho Lee Jr. Bush (Ann) of Cadiz, KY.; and her nephews, William Ledford and Jakob Ayabei.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Julia's memory to the Roads Church and will be accepted at Campbell's Funeral Home, Norris City, IL. who is in charge of arrangements.
