John Obermeier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Obermeier of Norris City, Illinois, born in Okawville, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Obermeier and Ella M. Obermeier (Bordewisch); his wife Kathryn Marie Shubert; and his siblings, Bertha Randoll, Lou Randoll, Hulda Jacobs and Edward Obermeier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Carroll (David) of Norris City, IL, Kathi Graf (Jon) of Pinetop, AZ and Martha Bohnenkamp (Ken) of Oregon, OH; his grandchildren, Chad Carroll, Kasi Carroll, Keri Carroll, Jerod Bohnenkamp (Ali), Joshua Bohnenkamp and Jessica Johnson (Sam); his great grandchildren, Lucy and Graham Bohnenkamp; and his brothers, Raymond, Roland and Leonard Obermeier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to the NCOE Athletic Department and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
