It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgianna Brockett of Norris City, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Darrell Smith and Beatrice Smith (Griswold); her husband Charles W. Brockett; her daughter Tanya; her son-in-law Kemal Ibragic of Highland Village, TX; her granddaughter Alexandra (Richard Peterson) of Indianapolis; and her siblings, Jane Webb, Clara Sloan of Spring Arbor, MI, Gene Smith of Manteno, IL and Nancy Waddell of Plano, TX. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Georgianna's memory to First Baptist Church in Norris City and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City who is in charge of arrangements.
