He is survived by: his parents, Frank James and Zelphia Catherine Blackman (Bryan); his wife Vera Blackman; his children, Brock Blackman (Sharon) of Evansville, IN and Velinda Stubbs (Michael) of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Noah Stubbs and Katie Neville (Jon); and his sister-in-law Murlene Tarrant of Philpot, KY. He is also survived by two nieces and several cousins.
