She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Harold and Mary Wanda Cathey (Downs); and her brother Ted Cathey. She is survived by: her husband Michael E. Murphy; her children, Suzanne McCutchan (Adam) of Evansville, IN. and Stuart Gregory (Amy) of Townville, SC.; her grandchildren, Seth Gregory, Jaron and Courtney McCutchan; and her siblings, Ruth Kingston of Norris City, IL, Samantha Hilger of Crossville and Pat Walker of Henderson.
Memorial contributions may be made in Connie's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City.
