He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Parker Hall Hughes and Lillian Marie Hughes (Bryant); his siblings, Coradella Baker (Jared) of Newburgh, IN and Leon Hughes of Athens, OH; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Hughes of Norris City and Cindy Hughes of Harrisburg, IL; and his brothers, Bernard, Harold and Paul Hughes.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dean's memory to Powell General Baptist Church and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City who is in charge of arrangements.
