He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Gragert and Nina Gragert (Lane); his grandchildren, Nicole McKenzie, Robert Gragert and Johnny Hedger; and his siblings, Leslie Gragert, Charles Gragert, Carl Gragert, Betty Black and Linda Gragert.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gragert of Norris City, IL; his daughters, Gail McKenzie (Kenneth) of Marshall, IL. and Diane Clifford of Norris City, IL; his grandchildren, Melissa Oladokun (Sonny), Jeremy McKenzie (Suzanne) and Donita Swinford (Robbie); his great grandchildren, Chandler McKenzie (Hannah), Mariah Hedger, Felicia Hedger, Jordan Oladokun, Elijah Oladokun, Chris Raney, Brianna Raney, Jonathan Swinford and Melvin Yoder; his great great grandchildren, Wesson McKenzie and Raya McPherson; and his brother Mike Gragert (Nora) of Georgetown, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Powell General Baptist Church (423 County Rd 640 N, Norris City, IL 62869). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bobbie's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Michael J. Fox Foundation and will be accepted at the church or may be mailed to 609 W. Main St. Carmi, IL. 62821.
