She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Eugene; her children, Theresa Biernat (Martin), John Zubik (Sandy) and Thomas Zubik (Michelle); her parents, Bernice Rukscinski and Victor Rukscinski; her grandchildren, Stephanie Bazile (Tony), Daniel Biernat (Kristen Riordan), Matthew Zubik, Joshua, Michael Zubik (Jenny Begich), Rachel, Ethan and Aaron Zubik; her great grandchild Anthony Bazile; and her sisters, Joan Jurek (late Louis) and Diane Rukscinski.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706).
