She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Valenzano and Maddalena Valenzano; and her sibling Donata Laterza (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Rocco Vitulli (Debbie), Giovanni Vitulli (Gary Chaboudy), Vingenzo Vitulli (Amy) and Maddalena Wessel (Kurt); her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Vitulli, Sydney, Freddy Wessel and Vingenzo W. Vitulli; her niece Laura Laterza; and her nephew Franco Laterza (Nancy).

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Queen of Peace Church (St. Eugene Church) (7958 W Foster Ave, Chicago, IL 60656). An entombment was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
