She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore, Jr.; her daughter Elizabeth Novak (Donald); her parents, Edward Kolodziejski and Mary Kolodziejski; and her siblings, Dolores Jayko (late Eugene), Edward, Jr., Irene Craig (late Jim), William Kolodziejski (late Judith) and Lorraine Jankowski (late Wilbur).

She is survived by: her children, Therese Kunach, Paul Kunach (Donna Turner) and Patricia Lenzini (John); her grandchildren, James Gromoshak (Stephanie) and Caitlin Dunning; and her siblings, Shirley Engle and Joyce Seminaro (late Anthony).
