She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Grotberg; her parents, Herman Fisher and Bessie Fisher; and her siblings, Irving, Marian Shapiro (late Jerome) and Charles Fisher (late Pearl).
She is survived by: her children, Edward Grotberg (Annette), Kathy Nykaza (late George) and Shari Flannery; her grandchildren, April Grotberg, Krystal Sherman (Kevin), Shannon Nykaza (Joe Angermeier), Jason Nykaza (Ruthie David), Nick Flannery (Cailin Murphy) and Colleen Flannery (Jayson Fleisner); and her great grandchildren, Angelica, Kaitlyn and Christine.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Westlawn Cemetery (7801 W Montrose Ave, Norridge, IL 60706).
