He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, Helen and Joseph; and his brother Peter Zack (Esther). He is survived by: his sons, George J. (Suzanne) and Joseph A. Zaccagnini (Annette); his grandchildren, Ashley Lloyd (John), Deanna, Christopher, Joseph and Nicholas Zaccagnini; his great grandchild William Lloyd; and his siblings, Josephine Watrach (John), James (Donna) and Anthony Savino (Virginia).
