He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Pacyniak and Theodora Pacyniak; his brother Stanislaw Pacyniak (late Danuta); and his great-nephew Adam. He is survived by: his wife Ursula; his daughter Sylvia Long; his grandchildren, Nicollette Salazar (Rocky) and Johnny Long; his great grandchildren, Mia and Jake; his sibling Jerry Pacyniak (Christine); his nieces and nephews, Eric Pacyniak (Mary), Chris Pacyniak and Yola Oertel (Bret); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua, April, Cameron, Delilah and Penny.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Monica Church (5136 N Nottingham Ave, Chicago, IL 60656). An entombment was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
