James Marten Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate James Marten (Norridge, Illinois), whose life came to an end on December 18, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore and Elsie (John Peters); his wives, Marian Marten and Esther Marten; and his siblings, Elsie May, Theodore and Joanne Haig.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Larry Ciupik (Elaine) and Debbie Boukal (Tony); his grandson Tony Grabowski; his great grandchildren, Gabby and Alex; and his grandchildren, Larry (Leann), Robby (Stacey) and Holly (Sebastian). He is also survived by five other great granddaughters and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers memorial's in Jim's name to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
