She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Levkovitz; her son Phillip Levkovitz; her parents, Herb Adler and Dorothy Adler; and her sibling Gene Adler (Merle).

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Reynolds and Mindy Tiberi (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Nina Tiberi Sawica (Ken), Taylor Reynolds (Matt Sloan) and Lucy Reynolds.

A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Westlawn Cemetery (7801 W Montrose Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A shiva was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 4700 W Lake Ave, Glenview, IL 60025.
