She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Caroline Costello (Chris) and Kristin Zurek (Matthew); her parents, Wanda Dziopek and Henry Dziopek; her grandchildren, Maddox, Mason Costello, Nicholas and Cecilia Zurek; and her brother Rick Cannon (Meryl).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
