He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Carlson and Charles J. Carlson; and his brother-in-law Gerardo Caputo. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Brian (Karen), Timothy Carlson (Kristen) and Amy Gagliano (Michael); his grandchildren, Danielle, Samantha, Justin, Emma, Isabel, Zachary and Gabriella; his sister Rosemary Jelonek (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Connie and John Fumo (Laurie).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Ronald McDonald House or the Shriner's Children' Hospital would be appreciated.
