He was predeceased by: his spouse Jolanta Kac; and his parents, Jan Kaczor and Marianna Kaczor. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Kaczor and Casey Kaczor Jr. (Ann); his grandchildren, Jennifer Draca (Nenad), Christopher and Michael Kaczor; and his great grandchild Natalia Draca.
