She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Murtaugh; and her parents, Roy Paddersen and Marie Paddersen. She is survived by: her children, Merry Beth Murtaugh-Brun (Peter Brun), Tom Murtaugh (Rosaria Cacucciolo) and Larry Murtaugh (Erin Gallagher); her grandchild Jordan; her sister Joy Carren (late Robert Carren); and her nephew Patrick Carren (Melissa). She is also survived by her loving family and many dear friends.
