It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Mark Baxter (Normal, Illinois), born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Raymond E. and Eleanor Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Jill Bower; and his siblings, Ray Baxter of Bloomington, Robin Aldridge and Terri Whirrett of Columbia, SC.. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew and great-nieces and nephews.
