Whitecotton of Normal, Illinois, born in Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 81, on August 12, 2023. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Whitecotton and Mary Garrett Whitecotton; and his siblings, Turl Whitecotton, Margaret Kraft of Scottsdale, AZ and Janet Gaither of Jonesboro, AR. He was also cherished by one niece, four nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews.
