Walls of Bloomington, Shawn Safford of Bloomington, Darrian Safford of Bloomington, Jordan K. Armstrong-Harris and Minh I. Ngo-Harris; his great grandchildren, Tamia L. Kirkwood and Ace Kirkwood; and his siblings, Edgar (Kristie), Artie (Anita), Richard, Douglas, Michael Kirkwood (Donna), Alice Lee, Pansey (Jesse), Lori Ann, Shirley Lee (Jeffrey), Yvonne Kirkwood and Linda Marie Kirkwood. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
