He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Spivey; his children, Lisa Hazewinkel (Rob) of Dubuque, IA, Brian Nourie (Jennifer), Jason Nourie (Julie) and Michael Nourie (Crystal); his sister Karen Duffin; and his sisters-in-law, Sandi Nourie and Susie Nourie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren.
