It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra (Burden) Hall of Normal, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burden (Bill) and Margie Burden; her son David Hall; and her granddaughter Emily Spinks. She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby Burden (Becky) of Bloomington, IL, Billy Burden (Kathy) of Bloomington, IL, Charlotte Burden of Normal, IL, Jacqui Frazier of Normal, IL and Janet Hall of Carlock, IL; her grandson Alex Hall of Jacksonville, IL; her siblings, Justin Hall (Alyssa) of Normal, IL, Carla Spinks of Normal, IL, Keir Spinks of Normal, IL, Mahiya Spinks, Kewane Spinks and JaMaryah Spinks of Bloomington, IL; her grandchildren, Cheyenne, TJ, Justin, Olivia Gill and D'ante Macklin; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Barnhill, Sawyer Carrier, Melody, Kalistar Hall, Keir, Kameron, Marilynn and Emily Spinks. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
