She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Furrow and Mary Furrow; and her husband Ronald Blanchard. She is survived by: her children, Brett Blanchard of Normal and Holly Bonnett (Troy) of Columbia; her grandsons, Ryan Bonnett (Cheyanne) and Kevin Bonnett; and her brothers, Jim Furrow and Phil Durflinger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Ruthann's name to Carle Hospice.
